Pre-K and Kindergarten Programs

We believe each and every child is a unique gift from God. Children need to be nurtured, formed and educated. A safe, well organized environment with age-appropriate activities enables children to develop intellectually, socially and spiritually. A balance of structured activities and free play encourages the development of social and academic skills.

Pre-Kindergarten sets the foundation by nurturing socialization and classroom conduct. Cedarcrest’s curriculum, centered in the Catholic faith, promotes an emphasis on active learning and our teachers guide each student towards a strong foundation for later academics.

Pre-K3 year olds
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:30am – 11:45am
Each student must be 3 years old by September 1st, and have mastered bathroom skills. Teacher/Student ratio: 1:10

Pre-K4 year olds
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:30am – 11:45am
Each student must be 4 years old by September 1st, and have mastered bathroom skills.

Our Buddy Program
Parents see many benefits of the preschool “Buddy Program,” where Cedarcrest Academy upper-grade students act as mentors and role
models to the Pre-K and Kindergarten children.
